We are beyond excited to launch our NEW ‘Alkath Group Employee Benefits’ package this month.

Our new benefits will be available to all new and existing staff members across Global Defence Solutions, Mellori Solutions and Resilience Logistic Solutions. We truly believe that our people are the key to our success and we want to make sure they are rewarded accordingly. The benefits package was developed with our variety of staff and working environments front of mind. Our new employee benefits package includes:

 

1. BONUS ANNUAL LEAVE

You will be gifted additional annual leave days to cover the Christmas / New Year shutdown 24 Dec to 1 Jan (inclusive)! Depending on how the dates fall, this will be 2-4 bonus annual leave days each year.

 

2. LONG SERVICE BONUS

From now on, when you reach a service milestone (which is a big deal!) you will be recognised with a certificate of appreciation and a bonus!

– 3 years = $300 bucks

– 5 years = $500 smackers

– 10 years = $1000 buckeroos

– & so on….

 

3. WELLBEING

You are important to us! We want to support your mental health and wellbeing. Very soon you will have access to professional & confidential counselling services and a library of wellbeing resources. Alkath Group will cover the costs!

 

4. VOLUNTEER LEAVE

We want to give back to the community and give you an opportunity to do something rewarding. You will have access to 2 paid leave days to volunteer with a local community group like the Shoalhaven Homeless Hub, Meals on Wheels, St Vincent de Paul or similar. Get involved!

 

5. EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Going forward our fantastic ‘Employee of the Month’ will be rewarded with a $300 voucher they can spend on whatever they like. To be in the running, share your ideas for improvement, prioritise WHS, bring some office cheer, go out of your way to help somebody, learn something new, or achieve something great.

 

6. EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

As announced by Phil,  Alkath Group now has an ’Employee of the Year’ award. Our employee of the year will receive:

– Return flights

– Three nights’ accommodation

– Airport parking

– 2 x bonus annual leave days so you can make it an extra long weekend!

 

7. ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS

Star performers you could now hustle yourself a 10% bonus at the end of each year! Moving forward you will set some goals with your supervisor for the year ahead. At the end of the year your performance will be reviewed, and depending on how many of your goals you’ve reached, you will be eligible for a bonus payment of up to 10%.

The details are still being ironed out but it’ll work something like this:

– Hit less than 75% of your goals – Sorry, no bonus.

– Hit 100% of your goals – 10% bonus

– Hit somewhere between 75-100% – receive a pro-rated bonus.
