While International Women’s Day has come and gone, the importance of the message remains. This year’s theme, AccelerateAction, calls on all of us to push harder, do more, and create real, lasting change in achieving gender equality. In the context of our workplace, it’s a reminder that while we are proud of the strides we’ve taken in supporting women’s career growth and fostering an environment of inclusivity, the journey is far from over.
Progress is possible when we all accelerate action together.
